22. Explored Netlibrary. Tried to access it at home. No luck-had to be at work to set up an account. It looks like a great site if you're looking up information. I tried some of my favorite fiction authors and had no success. But when I looked up information like exercise and diabetes I found lots of reference material. I tried homeschooling and got "Sams Teach Yourself the Internet in 24 Hours". What's up with that????? Over all I'm still not sure about this. I'll have to try again. I am anxious to get my m3p player and try to download some audio books!!! netlibrary



21. Finally, I explored and experimented with the podcast. Added different things to my bloglines account. Set up a music account with finetunes. Hope you have the time to listen to a little classic rock. I really enjoyed the podcasting. It would be fun to crate your own podcast. I think this might be a fun project for the teens.



20. I think youtube is such a creative site. People spend so much time downloading videos and sharing them with all of us. I could spend some interesting moments investigating youtube!!
Teens love youtube and myspace. It would be interesting to see if the Library could explore and exploit this interest. Maybe we could have created a video of the Harry Potter kick off at Poland Library. I understand it was really something.
